Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

The images shown are representative of the types of products typically included in our liquidation pallets. Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, exact contents may vary. We ensure each pallet is packed with high-quality items and great value. If any item is damaged during transit, we are happy to offer a partial refund.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be emailed to you immediately after your purchase is completed. If you didn’t receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact us directly and we’ll be happy to resend it.

How can I return an item?

All liquidation sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, if any items arrive defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll be glad to review the issue and provide a partial refund if applicable.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Unfortunately, no. Since we specialize in liquidation pallets, each pallet is unique and only available while supplies last. Once a pallet is sold, it will not be restocked.

When will my pallet arrive?

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your pallet is shipped, it typically arrives within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your shipment is on the way.
